品管圈在降低精神科病房危险物品遗存发生率中的应用

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of quality control circle in reducing the incidence of dangerous goods in psychiatric ward.Methods:We did a comparative analysis of the occurrence rate of the two groups of the mental department dangerous goods in the development of the quality control circle.Results:The quality control circle activity reduces the incidence of dangerous goods in the psychiatric ward,and improved the safety of nursing management.Conclusion:Quality control circle activity can improve the self management level,and make the clinical work effectively improved.%目的：探讨品管圈在降低精神科病房危险物品遗存发生率中的作用。方法：对开展品管圈活动前后两组精神科危险物品遗存发生率进行比较分析。结果：品管圈活动降低了精神科病房危险物品遗存的发生率，提高了护理管理的安全性。结论：品管圈活动，提高了自我管理水平，同时使临床工作得到了有效提高。
