封闭式负压引流在手外科患者皮肤损伤中的应用研究及护理

摘要

Objective:To explore the application effect and nursing of vacuum sealing drainage in skin injury of patients in hand surgery.Methods:60 patients with skin lesion were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group were treated with vacuum sealing drainage therapy,and the control group were given conventional treatment.The two groups were given routine nursing.Results:In the observation group,the total healing rate of 100% was significantly higher than the control group;the total healing rate of wound healing was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of vacuum sealing drainage in skin injury of patients in hand surgery was good.%目的：探讨封闭式负压引流技术应用于手外科患者皮肤损伤中的效果以及有效的护理措施。方法：收治皮肤损伤患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组使用封闭式负压引流治疗，对照组使用传统治疗方法，两组均给予常规护理。结果：观察组的总愈合率100%，明显高于对照组的总愈合率，观察组的创口愈合情况明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：使用封闭式负压引流技术治疗手外科患者的皮肤损伤，效果良好。
