目的:探讨2012-2013年登记复治痰涂阳肺结核治疗队列情况,为今后的防治工作提供参考.方法:收集复治痰涂阳肺结核相关资料,对治疗与转归情况进行分析.结果:2012-2013年收治复治痰涂阳肺结核患者102例,治疗2个月痰菌阴转率98.04%,3个月痰菌阴转率99.02%.治愈94例,治愈率92.16%;无死亡病例,转入耐多药治疗1例(0.98%).结论:目前对复治痰涂阳肺结核患者实施的联合化疗方案有效可行,但要结合个性化辅助治疗、心理疏导,开展耐药情况监测,以巩固治疗效果.%Objective:To explore the cohort analysis of retreatment pulmonary tuberculosis with positive sputum smear from 2012 to 2013,to provide reference for the future prevention work.Methods:Relevant information in retreatment pulmonary tuberculosis with positive sputum smear were collected.Treatment and prognosis were retrospectively analyzed.Results:From 2012 to 2013,102 patients with retreatment pulmonary tuberculosis and positive sputum smear were selected.After 2 months of treatment,the sputum negative conversion rate was 98.04%.After 3 months,the sputum negative conversion rate was 99.02%.94 cases were cured,the cure rate was 92.16%,there was no death cases,1 case(0.98%) was transferred to the treatment of multi drug resistant. Conclusion:Combination chemotherapy for patients with retreatment pulmonary tuberculosis and positive sputum smear was effective and feasible,but we must be combined with individualized adjuvant therapy and psychological counseling,and carry out the monitoring of drug resistance,in order to consolidate the treatment effect.
