右侧锁骨下静脉穿刺导致右侧乳糜胸1例

摘要

深静脉穿刺损伤较小，但是也可能发生多种并发症。其中，右锁骨下静脉穿刺造成的淋巴管损伤以左侧多见。本文分析淋巴管损伤引起的罕见右侧乳糜胸1例，探讨其形成原因及治疗体会。%The injury of deep vein puncture was less,but there were some complications.Left lymphatic injury was common in the right subclavian vein puncture.In this paper,we analyzed 1 cases of right chylothorax rare in the lymphatic injury,to investigate the reason and share treatment experince.
