LEEP刀治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of LEEP knife in the treatment of cervical erosion.Methods:168 patients with cervical erosion were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 84 cases in each. The control group was given Baofukang gel treatment.The observation group was given LEEP knife treatment on the basis of in the control group.Results:The postoperative bleeding amount,vaginal discharge time and wound healing time of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate 96.4% of the observation group was higher than 84.5% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:LEEP knife in the treatment of cervical erosion has less bleeding,short vaginal discharge time,fast wound healing time.The curative effect is remarkable.%目的:探讨 LEEP 刀治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果.方法:收治宫颈糜烂患者 168 例,随机分成观察组和对照组,各84例.对照组给予保妇康凝胶治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用LEEP刀治疗.结果:观察组术后出血量、阴道流液时间和创面愈合时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05).观察组总有效率 96.4%高于对照组的 84.5%(P<0.05).结论:LEEP刀治疗宫颈糜烂出血少、阴道流液时间短、创面愈合快,疗效显著.
