安宁市2014年健康人群麻疹抗体水平检测结果分析

摘要

目的：了解安宁市2014年健康人群麻疹抗体水平，评价免疫等预防控制效果，为本市制定免疫规划策略和防治措施提供依据。方法：采集各个年龄组健康人群的血清，采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)，定量检测麻疹抗体IgG。结果：2014年共检测合格的血清标本427份，麻疹 IgG 抗体阳性率93.44%，8个年龄段中8～17月龄抗体阳性率最低87.18%，不同街道，不同免疫史组间抗体水平阳性率差异有统计学意义(不同街道χ2=8.593，P＜0.05；不同免疫史χ2=5.463，P＜0.05)。结论：本市健康人群中已形成较好的麻疹抗体水平，接种疫苗是提高人群麻疹抗体水平的有效方法，今后应加强常规免疫和强化免疫接种工作，为控制乃至消除麻疹奠定基础。%Objective:To understand the measles antibody level of healthy population in Anning city in 2014,to evaluate the immunization and preventive control effect,and to provide a basis for our city to formulate immune planning strategy and prevention measures.Methods:Collecting serum of healthy people in all age groups,by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),quantitative detection of measles antibody IgG.Results:In 2014 a total of 427 serum specimens were tested.The positive rate of measles lgG antibody was 93.44%,8 ages from 8 to 17 months of age,and the antibody positive rate of the lowest was 87.18%.In different streets and different immunization history group,there were significant differences in the positive rate of antibody level(different streets χ 2=8.593,P<0.05, different immunization history χ 2=5.463,P<0.05).Conclusion:The measles antibody level of healthy population is better formed in our city.Vaccination is an effective way to increase the population of measles antibody levels.We should strengthen routine immunization and strengthening the immunization work,lay the foundation for control and elimination of measles.
