延伸护理对髋关节置换术后患者生活质量及髋关节功能恢复的影响

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of extended care on quality of life and functional recovery of patients with hip replacement.Methods:80 patients with hip joint replacement were selected.40 cases in the conventional group were treated with basic nursing;the other 40 cases in the intervention group were given extended care.Results:The quality of life and hip function score of the intervention group were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Extended nursing care on patients with hip replacement can improve the quality of life and restore the function of hip joint.%目的：探讨髋关节置换术后患者实施延伸护理对其生活质量、髋关节功能恢复的影响。方法：收治行髋关节置换术患者80例，常规组40例实施基础护理，干预组40例实施延伸护理。结果：干预组患者的生活质量、髋关节功能评分高于常规组(P＜0.05)。结论：对髋关节置换术患者进行延伸护理作用突出，可提高生活质量，恢复髋关节功能。
