Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of comfort nursing intervention on the postoperative quality of life in elderly patients with artificial hip replacement. Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with hip replacement were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while the intervention group was given humanized comfortable nursing intervention measures on the basis of the control group. Quality of life was compared between two groups. Results After intervention, scores of the physical function, psychological function, social function and material life condition in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). In the intervention group, nursing satisfaction degree was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized comfortable nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life in elderly patients with artificial hip replacement and improve nursing satisfaction degree.
