持续性与间歇性血液净化治疗重症急性胰腺炎合并急性肾衰竭的疗效对比研究

摘要

Objective:To compare the efficacy of continuous and intermittent blood purification in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis complicated with acute renal failure.Methods:86 patients with severe acute pancreatitis complicated with acute renal failure,they were divided into two groups,each of 43 cases.The observation group using continuous blood purification treatment,the control group was treated with intermittent hemodialysis treatment,comparing two groups of patients with the duration of treatment, less urine last time,the patient's hospitalization time,hypotension incidence rate and mortality rate.Results:The observation group of patients with clinical treatment indicators were better than the control group, while the observation group of patients with low incidence of hypotension(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of continuous blood purification in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis complicated with acute renal failure is more significant.%目的：对比持续性与间歇性血液净化治疗重症急性胰腺炎合并急性肾衰竭的疗效。方法：收治重症急性胰腺炎合并急性肾衰竭患者86例，分两组，各43例。观察组采用持续性血液净化治疗的方式，对照组采用间歇性血液净化治疗的方式，对比两组患者的持续治疗时间、少尿期持续时间、患者的住院时间、低血压发生率以及患者的病死率。结果：观察组患者各项临床指标均优于对照组患者，同时观察组患者的低血压发生率与病死率较低(P＜0.05)。结论：持续性血液净化治疗重症急性胰腺炎合并急性肾衰竭的临床治疗效果更显著。
