奥扎格雷、法舒地尔和低分子肝素钙联合治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的临床研究

摘要

目的：探讨联合应用奥扎格雷、法舒地尔和低分子肝素钙治疗短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的临床效果。方法：将TIA患者80例随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例，对照组予以常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用奥扎格雷、法舒地尔和低分子肝素钙，观察两组临床效果。结果：治疗组总有效率90%，高于对照组的65%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：联用3种药物可以有效改善TIA患者的临床预后，并且安全、有效。%Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the combination of ozagrel,fasudil,low molecular heparin calcium in the treatment of transient ischemic attack.Methods:80 cases of TIA were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, each with 40 cases.The control group was given routine treatment,while the treatment group was treated with the combination of ozagrel,fasudil,low molecular heparin calcium on the basis of the control group.We observed the clinical effect of the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90% ,higher than 65% of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of 3 drugs can effectively improve the clinical prognosis of patients with TIA, which is safe and effective.
