超声对应用头孢曲松钠抗菌治疗后胆囊药物性结晶的分析评价

摘要

Objective:To explore the analysis of ultrasound on the gallbladder drug crystallization after the application of ceftriaxone antibiotic treatment.Methods:17 patients without biliary tract disease were found strong echoes inside the gallbladder after intravenous ceftriaxone sodium treatment.After discontinuation of 7 days,15 days,30 days,they were given ultrasound follow-up for 3 times.Results:After discontinuation of 7 days,15 days,30 days of follow-up,the strong echoes inside the gallbladder decreased gradually disappear.The strong echoes inside the gallbladder all disappeared after 30 days.Conclusion:A long time,high doses of application of ceftriaxone sodium can combined with calcium ion in the gallbladder to produce drug crystallization.It can disappear after drug withdrawal.Ultrasound imaging has the relative characteristics,and combined with the clinical drug use history and dynamic observation can make a clear diagnosis.%目的：探讨超声对应用头孢曲松钠抗菌治疗后胆囊药物性结晶的分析。方法：17例无胆系疾病患者静脉注射头孢曲松钠治疗后发现胆囊内强回声，于停药后7 d、15 d、30 d 行超声随访3次。结果：停药后7 d、15 d、30 d 随访，胆囊内强回声逐渐变小至消失，30 d后复查患者胆囊内强回声均消失。结论：长时间、大剂量应用头孢曲松钠可在胆囊内与钙离子结合产生药物性结晶，停药后可自行消退，超声声像图具有相对的特性，结合临床用药史并动态观察可做出明确诊断。
