Supreme喉罩在腹部手术麻醉中的应用探讨

摘要

Objective:To investigate the safety,efficacy and adverse reactions of Supreme laryngeal mask in abdominal operation.Methods:100 patients with general anesthesia and abdominal operation were selected.They were divided into the laryngeal mask(A) group and the tracheal intubation(B) group with 50 cases in each.We compared the changes of heart rate(HR) and blood pressure(MAP) and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:Compared with the base value,the HR and MAP at the beginning of tracheal intubation and extubation period of the B group were all increased(P<0.05).Compared with B group,the HR and MAP at the beginning of intubation in A group were signiifcantly lower(P<0.01).In the A group,the incidence of adverse reactions was signiifcantly less than that of the B group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In abdominal surgery,the Supreme laryngeal mask can achieve the same ventilation effect as the endotracheal intubation,and its effect on hemodynamics was small,and the adverse reaction was little.%目的：探讨Supreme喉罩在腹部手术中的安全性、有效性及不良反应。方法：收治腹部手术全身麻醉患者100例，分为使用喉罩(A)组和使用气管插管(B)组各50例，比较两组的心率(HR)、血压(MAP)变化和不良反应发生率。结果：与基础值相比，B组的HR和MAP在插管即刻和拔管期间均升高(P＜0.05)。与B组比较，A组在插管即刻的HR和MAP明显降低(P＜0.01)。A组不良反应发生率明显低于B组(P＜0.05)。结论：腹部手术中Supreme喉罩可达到与气管插管相同的通气效果，且对血流动力学影响小，不良反应少。
