超声心动图联合心电图在诊断心尖肥厚型心肌病中的应用价值

摘要

Objective:To study the characteristics and diagnostic value of echocardiography and ECG these two methods in the diagnosis of apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.Methods:21 patients with apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy were selected as the observation group.35 healthy person were selected as the control group at the same time.The two groups of subjects were examined by echocardiography and ECG,and we compared and analyzed the results of the two groups.Results:The left atrial diameter(LAd)and apical myocardial thickness(AT)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.In the observation group,ECG showed huge T wave inversion,R wave amplitude became larger,which showed significant differences between groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,the application value of echocardiography combined with ECG is high.The combination of two methods can improve the accuracy of diagnosis.%目的：应用超声心动图以及心电图对心尖肥厚型心肌病进行诊断，研究这两种检查结果的特征及其诊断价值。方法：收治心尖肥厚型心肌病患者21例作为观察组，选取同期健康者35例作为对照组，使用超声心动图以及心电图对两组研究对象进行检查，比较并分析两组检查结果。结果：观察组患者左房径(LAd)、心尖部心肌厚度(AT)明显大于对照组；观察组患者心电图显示巨大T波倒置，R波振幅变大，与对照组的差别较大，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在诊断心尖肥厚型心肌病中，超声心动图联合心电图具有较高的应用价值，两种检查方法联合使用能够提高诊断的准确性。
