PFNA内固定微创治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折效果观察

摘要

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA) minimally invasive internal fixation in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:76 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 38 cases in each.The control group was given dynamic hip screw(DHS) treatment.The observation group was given PFNA minimally invasive internal fixation treatment.The clinical treatment effects of two groups were compared.Results:The treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The operation time,bleeding amount,hospital stay, healing time,incidence rate of complications of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture,PFNA internal fixation has less trauma,less complications,fast postoperative recovery time,and the clinical treatment effect is more obvious.It can be used as the preferred method for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture.%目的：分析老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者应用防旋股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA)内固定微创治疗的临床效果。方法：收治老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者76例，随机分为对照组和观察组各38例，对照组给予动力髋螺钉(DHS)治疗，观察组给予 PFNA 内固定微创治疗，对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗有效率高于对照组；观察组手术时间、出血量、住院时间、愈合时间、并发症发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：在老年股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗中， PFNA内固定创伤小，并发症少，术后恢复时间快，临床治疗效果更加显著，可作为股骨粗隆间骨折治疗的首选方法。
