改良硬化法治疗耳鼻咽喉血管瘤的疗效对照分析

摘要

Objective:To explore the curative effect of modified hardening method in the treatment of otorhinolaryngologic hemangioma.Methods:72 cases of patients with otorhinolaryngologic hemangioma were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with sodium morrhuate;the observation group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide based on the control group.The total effective rate and recurrence rate of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 years of follow-up,the observation group had no recurrence,and the control group had 4 cases.Conclusion:Mdified hardening method could improve the curative effect in the treatment of otorhinolaryngologic hemangioma effectively and prevent recurrence.%目的：探究改良硬化法治疗耳鼻咽喉血管瘤的效果。方法：收治耳鼻咽喉血管瘤患者72例，分为两组。对照组给予鱼肝油酸钠治疗，观察组在此基础上加用曲安奈德，比较两组总有效率和复发率。结果：观察组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。随访1年，观察组无复发，对照组4例复发。结论：改良硬化法能有效提高耳鼻咽喉血管瘤的疗效，预防复发。
