改良硬化法治疗耳鼻咽喉血管瘤的疗效对照分析

摘要

Objective  To investigate the clinical efficacy analysis improved hardening treatment of Otolaryngology hemangioma. Method  The hospital from January 2009 to February 2011, 54 cases of otolaryngology hemangioma patients were randomLy divided into observation group and control group 27 cases, control group injected with 5% sodium morrhuate hardener observation group in control on the basis of group therapy, use of triamcinolone acetonide, compared sclerosis treatment effect of otolaryngology hemangioma. Results  The cure in 4 cases (14.8%) were cured, 8 cases (29.6%), effective in 12 cases (44.4%), the total effective rate was 88.8%; cure to the control group in 1 case (3.3%) were cured, 4 cases (17.4%), effective in 12 cases (44.4%), the total effective rate of 65.1%, the two groups have significant differences. 3 months follow-up after discharge - 2 years, the control group, three cases of recurrence, observation group no recurrence. Conclusion  The modified hardening treatment of the precise the otolaryngology hemangioma clinical effect, worthy of promotion in the clinical treatment.%　　目的 探讨分析改良硬化法治疗耳鼻咽喉血管瘤的临床疗效。方法 将我院自2009年1月至2011年2月收治的54例耳鼻咽喉血管瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组各27例，对照组注射5%的鱼肝油酸钠硬化剂，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上，使用曲安奈德治疗，比较两种硬化法治疗耳鼻咽喉血管瘤的效果。结果 观察组治愈4例（14.8%），显效8例（29.6%），有效12例（44.4%），总有效率88.8%；对照组治愈1例（3.3%），显效4例（17.4%），有效12例（44.4%），总有效率为65.1%，两组有显著性差异。出院后随访3个月~2年，对照组有3例出现复发，观察组无复发。结论 改良硬化法治疗耳鼻咽喉血管瘤临床效果确切，值得在临床治疗中推广。
