母乳强化剂对出院后早产儿生长发育的影响研究

摘要

目的：探讨早产儿母乳喂养中应用母乳强化剂对出院后早产儿生长发育的影响。方法选取2013年12月-2015年12月在产科出生的120例早产儿作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与实验组各60例。对照组进行院内早产儿配方奶联合母乳喂养,实验组予以母乳强化剂喂养。纠正胎龄足月后2个月时比较2组早产儿的体质量、身长、头围的增长速度。结果实验组早产儿出院后体质量、身长、头围的增长速度快于对照组(t=2.672,P=0.009；t=2.186,P=0.031；t=2.186,P=0.031)。结论母乳强化剂联合母乳喂养不仅可提高早产儿生长发育的速度,满足早产儿生长的需求,同时还可保留母乳喂养的优势。%Objective To explore the influence of human milk fortifier on the growth of premature infants after their discharge.Methods Totally 120 delivered between December 2013 and 2015 were chosen and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,each of 60. The control group was given breast feeding plus pretermformula,while the experimental group was provided with breast feeding plus human milk fortifier.Two months after correct gestational age to full term,the two groups were compared in the weight,body length and the head circumference. Results After discharge,significantly more increase was observed in all the measurements for the experimental than the control group (t=2.672,P=0.009;t=2.186,P=0.031;t=2.186,P=0.031).Conclusions Human milk fortifier can not only increase the growth of premature infants, but also retain the advantages of breastfeeding.
