18例经腹彩超在前置胎盘并发胎盘植入中的应用价值

摘要

目的：分析在前置胎盘并发胎盘植入诊断中应用经腹彩色超声多普勒的价值。方法：回顾性分析2008年6月至2013年4月期间我院收治的18例前置胎盘并发胎盘植入的患者的临床资料进行分析，所有患者均进行经腹彩色多普勒超声检查，观察检查结果。结果：18例患者中经过手术病理证实为前置胎盘并发胎盘植入的有16例，比例为89％，经过腹部彩色多普勒超声诊断，有15例患者为前置胎盘并发胎盘植入，诊断的准确率为94％，漏诊率为6％。结论：在前置胎盘并发胎盘植入诊断中应用经腹彩色超声多普勒检查，具有准确率高的特点，可以在临床中广泛的应用，具有推广应用价值。%Objective to analyze the value of abdominal color ultrasound in the diagnosis of placenta and placenta in patients with placenta implantation.Methods:the clinical data of 18 patients with placenta implantation in our hospital from April 2013 to June 2008 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent abdominal color Doppler ultrasound examination,and the results were observed.Re-sults:18 cases of patients with pathologically proved to lead the placenta and placenta implantation of 16 cases,the ratio was 89%,after abdominal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis,15 cases of patients with placenta placenta and placenta implantation,the diagnostic accura-cy rate was 94%,the missed diagnosis rate was 6%.Conclusion:the application of abdominal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of placenta and placenta implantation has the characteristics of high accuracy,and can be widely used in clinical application.
