EPC管理模式中的设计管理

摘要

EPC管理模式在国外及我国其它行业的运用已取得很好的成效,但在盐行业尚有待发展,正在建设的久大贡井100万吨/年真空制盐项目采用了该种方式。EPC管理模式改变了我们以往的设计理念,对设计管理、设计深度和精度都提出了更高的要求。%EPC management mode has gained exellent results in foreign countries and in other industry sectors in our country.However,it needs to be developed in salt industry.EPC is applied in the project of Gongjing 1m tpa vacuum salt plant of Jiuda Salt Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.EPC management mode has changed our traditional design phylosophy and it puts forward higher requirements to the design management,design depth and accuracy.
