Ziegler-Natta催化剂催化1-丁烯聚合

             

摘要

A high efficient supported Ziegler-Natta catalyst for polymerization of 1-butylene was prepared with 9,9-bis-(methoxymethyl)fluorene(BMMF) as internal electron donor. The effects of catalyst concentration,molar ratio of Al/Ti, polymerization temperature and type and content of external electron donor on polymerization of 1-butylene were studied. The catalyst so prepared was compared to catalyst without internal electron donor and catalyst with di-n-butyl phthalate(DNBP) as internal electron donor. The results show that the catalytic activity is up to 2.856 kg/(g·h) when catalyst concentration is 0.05 mg/mL, molar ratio of Al/Ti is 400 and polymerization temperature is 20 ℃. The isotacticity of poly(1-butylene) reaches 97.18% when the molar ratio of external electron donor diisobutyldimethoxysilane (DIBDMS)/Ti is 5. The catalyst with BMMF as internal electron donor has the highest activity and the poly(1-butene) prepared with the catalyst with DNBP as internal electron donor has the highest isotacticity.%采用9,9-双(甲氧基甲基)芴(BMMF)作为内给电子体,制备了聚1-丁烯高效载体型Ziegler-Nana催化剂.研究了催化剂浓度、n(Al)(Ti)、聚合温度、外给电子体种类及用量对该催化剂催化1-丁烯聚合的影响,并将该催化剂与无内给电子体及以邻苯二甲酸酯(DNBP)为内给电子体的聚1-丁烯催化剂进行对比.结果表明:当催化剂浓度为0.05 mg/mL、n(A1)(Ti)为400、反应温度为20℃时,催化活性达2.856 kg/(g·h);当二异丁基二甲氧基硅烷与Ti的摩尔比为5时,聚合物等规指数达97.18%;以BMMF为内给电子体的催化剂的催化活性最高,以DNBP催化剂得到的聚1-丁烯等规指数最高.
