高MFR抗冲击共聚聚丙烯2240S的开发

     

摘要

This paper reviews the Novolen polypropylene(PP)process. The technical indexes of the impact copolymer PP2240S with high melt flow rate(MFR)were determined in accordance with characteristics of the plant and products. The effects of the key process parameters on the properties of PP2240S were investigated. It is found that the Charpy notched impact strength of2240S was obviously lower than that of the similar products available in the market. The impact copolymer PP2240S with high MFR was successfully developed by adjusting the technical parameters and adding nucleating agent. The Charpy notched impact strength of2240S has been increased from7.0 to9.0 kJ/m2,and the flexural modulus has been maintained at1200 MPa,which met the requirements of PP materials used for washing machines.2240S has started long-term production in January2017.%概述了Novolen工艺聚丙烯(PP)生产技术,结合该PP装置和产品性能特点,确定高熔体流动速率(MFR)抗冲击共聚PP的技术指标,研究了关键工艺参数对试生产的PP 2240S性能的影响.将2240S与市场同类产品进行了对比,发现2240S的简支梁缺口冲击强度明显低于市场同类产品;通过调整工艺参数,添加有效的PP成核剂,成功开发出高MFR抗冲击共聚PP2240S,其常温简支梁缺口冲击强度由7.0 kJ/m2左右提高到大于9.0 kJ/m2,弯曲模量保持在1200 MPa左右,可以满足用户对洗衣机桶用PP的性能要求,已于2017年1月开始长期排产.
