According to the statistics of the Ministry of Transport, more than 90% of China's imported oil needs to be transported by sea, but until 2010, only about 38% of crude oimported by sea was carried by Chinese oil tanker fleet, How could Chinese petroleum and oil transportation enterprises break through the barrier of interests to achieve a win-win outcome?
