明挖地铁车站工后沉降对邻近建筑物的影响分析

     

摘要

北京地铁大兴线某车站在施工完成1年后,其邻近建筑物墙体与楼板出现不同程度的裂缝.为评定该建筑物结构的安全性,以现场检测统计数据为依据,采用结构力学中的位移法,运用ABAQUS有限元软件,对该建筑物的墙体裂缝及结构的损伤情况进行反分析研究.结果表明:分析所得建筑物内瓷砖裂缝范围大部分与实际检测结果吻合,计算得出瓷砖裂缝宽度小于0.lmm,墙体裂缝宽度小于0.2mm,均低于规范要求.地铁工后不均匀沉降造成建筑物墙体和楼板局部位置出现的裂缝为非结构性损伤裂缝,且建筑物的压应力均未超过抗压强度设计值,所以建筑物整体是安全的,不会出现垮塌等危险.%One year after the completion of a certain station in Daxing metro line, cracks of different degree have been found on the walls and floors of the building near the station. Based on the test data and statistical data of the building, back analysis is carried out on wall cracks and structural damages of the building to determine whether the structure of the building is still safe by using the displacement method in structural mechanics and ABAQUS finite elements software. The results show that most of the tile crack areas calculated is identical with actual test results. The crack width of tiles calculated is less than 0.1 mm, and the crack width of walls calculated is less than 0. 2 mm, both of them are lower than standard requirements. The present cracks on the partial positions of the building walls and floors are non-structural damage cracks caused by the post-construction differential settlement of the metro, and the pressure stress values of the building are all less than the design values of compressive strength. Therefore, the whole building is safe and there will not appear collapse or other dangers.
