施胶用酶转化淀粉连续蒸煮的应用

摘要

着重介绍了酶转化淀粉在福建南纸股份有限公司P M3、P M4纸机改造中的应用（浆内添加的阳离子淀粉和纸板表面施胶淀粉），以及淀粉糊化性能如固含量、黏度工艺条件的变化对纸页性能的影响。其中淀粉糊化方式选择了连续蒸煮工艺。%The application of enzyme-inversion starch was introduced in the transformation of PM3 and PM4, in Fujian Nanping Paper Co., Ltd., with cationic starch added in the furnish and starch in surface sizing, as well as the effect of cooking properties such as solid content and viscosity.
