丹红注射液与常用大输液配伍的稳定性研究

摘要

目的：通过对丹红注射液与临床常用大输液进行配伍后稳定性的观察，为临床安全使用丹红注射液提供依据。方法将丹红注射液与5%葡萄糖注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、0.9%氯化钠注射液、木糖醇注射液及果糖注射液等临床常用大输液进行配伍，在配伍0、0.5、1、2 h后，利用仪器分别对其外观性状、pH值、不溶性微粒、可见异物、含量等项目进行检测，并对相关数据加以分析。结果丹红注射液与以上5种大输液配伍后，上述各项检查均符合规定。结论丹红注射液与5%葡萄糖注射液等5种大输液配伍2 h内的稳定性良好，临床可安全应用。%Objective To observe stability of compatibility of Danhong injection and common large volume injection, in order to provide reference for clinical safe use of Danhong injection.Methods Compatibility was made in Danhong injection with common large volume injections, as 5% glucose injection, glucose and sodium chloride injection, 0.9% sodium chloride injection, xylitol injection and fructose injection. External properties, pH value, insoluble particle, visible particle, and content were detected by instrument in 0, 0.5, 1, and 2 h after compatibility. Related data were analyzed.Results Compatibility of Danhong injection with the mentioned five large volume injections showed all qualified index in detection.Conclusion Compatibility of Danhong injection with five large volume injections, such as 5% glucose injection, provides good stability, and this method is worth safe clinical application.
