1例血友病合并双相情感障碍患者的护理

摘要

Objective To summarize the nursing experience for 1 patients of hemophilia complicated with bipolar affective disorder. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of this hemophilia complicated with bipolar affective disorder cases. Problems of nursing were elaborated. High quality nursing was implemented, and its effect was evaluated. Results The implement of high quality nursing effectively controlled and reduced the patient’s mental symptom, and it also solved the mental problems. When hemophilia arthrorrhagia occurred, in addition to timely intravenous injection of blood coagulation factorⅧpreparation, appropriate nursing and function exercise could reduce hemorrhage, relieve malformation, and improve life quality. Conclusion High quality nursing ought to be applied according to patient’s mind and body, social and cultural need. Implement of patient-aimed nursing can also effectively solve their physical problems. Individualized nursing should be applied by the needs of patient’s psychology, society and culture.%目的：总结1例血友病合并双相情感障碍患者的护理体会。方法回顾性分析该例血友病合并双相情感障碍患者的临床资料，提出护理问题，实施优质护理并评价护理效果。结果通过优质护理，该病例的精神症状得到控制和有效减轻，心理问题解决，躯体疾病方面在血友病关节出血时，除及时静脉推注凝血因子VIII制剂外，恰当的护理和功能锻炼可以减轻患者出血，减缓畸形的发生，提高患者的生活质量。结论根据血友病合并双相情感障碍患者的身心、社会和文化需要进行优质护理，开展“以患者为中心”的整体护理，除了能有效地解决患者的躯体问题，还应从患者的心理、社会和文化需要出发，因人施护。
