以光盘片架为研究对象,从浇口位置优化的角度,利用注塑成型过程数值模拟的方法,分析了光盘片架在注塑生产过程中产生困气和烧蚀的原因.通过优化产品浇口的位置,从而控制产品生产过程中困气和烧蚀产生的位置,以消除困气和烧蚀对产品性能的影响.根据优化的结果,设计成型模具,从而提升产品质量.%Researched on the gate location optimization of CD-disk frame,the numerical simulation method was used in injection forming process,the reasons for air trap and ablation in producing of CD-disk frame were analyzed.Through optimization of the gate location for product,the air trap and ablation position in process were controlled in order to eliminate the influence on air trap and ablation in performance of the product.According to the result of optimization,the mold for forming CD-disk frame was designed,and the quality of the product was upgraded.
