薄壁光盘片架注射成型应力翘曲的数值模拟与分析

     

摘要

The factors affecting the stress warpage deformations about thin-walled part in the plastic injection forming were analyzed, a numerical simulation mathematical model and solving method about the warpage deformation of injection forming plastic were given. Based on it, effects of various mould designs and forming process conditions on the degree of warpage deformations of thin-walled optical disk bracket in injection forming was simulated. According to the simulation result, it was analyzed that flowing unequilibrium and cooling unequilibrium were the key factors affecting the stress warpage deformations when the raw materials and the structure of part were confirmed, the solving method for stress warpage deformations were given.%分析了注射成型过程中影响薄壁制品应力翘曲的因素,给出了注射成型时制品翘曲变形的数学模型及其求解方法.利用数值模拟的方法,模拟出光盘片架注塑过程中的不同模具设计和工艺条件对其翘曲变形程度的影响.根据模拟结果,分析出在原材料和制品结构确定的情况下,流动不平衡和冷却不均衡是影响薄壁光盘片架应力翘曲的主要因素,提出了解决应力翘曲的方法.
