汽车前保左右加强件注塑流动平衡优化研究

     

摘要

The shape of the left and right reinforcements in automotive front bumper was special, and after the product modification, the injection would be risky. To solve this problem, the gate balance design between the gate of a single product and the different gates of the product was designed, and then the gate balance design was also carried out for the gating system between different products of the same mold. After the gate optimization, the injection time is 2.93 s, cavity pressure is lower than 34 MPa, and warpage less than 2 mm. By recommending the improvement of screw technology under the better injection molding process, reasonable screw rotation control parameters of injection moulding machine were obtained. By using CAE-aided analysis, we could find and deal with the possible defects of the products in time before the die structure design and manufacture, which could greatly increase the economic benefit of the mould manufacturing and shorten the mold manufacturing cycle. After the verification of actual injection molding production, the quality qualified injection product was obtained with only 3 test modes by using the designed injection molding process, which had a greater practical reference value.%针对前保险杠左右加强件形状特殊,产品改型后存在注塑风险的问题,在对单个产品两处浇口的开设进行同产品不同浇口之间的浇口平衡设计后,针对同模不同产品之间的浇注系统也进行了浇口平衡设计,浇口优化调整后,获得注塑时间2.93 s,模腔压力低于34MPa,翘曲量低于2 mm的注塑效果.通过对较佳注塑工艺条件下推荐螺杆工艺的改进设置,获取合理的注塑机螺杆转动控制参数.通过运用CAE辅助分析,在模具结构设计及加工制造前,能及时发现并处理产品可能存在的成型缺陷,大幅提升模具制造的经济效益,缩短模具制造周期.经实际注塑生产验证,采用设计的注塑工艺注塑后,仅用3次试模即获得了质量合格的注塑产品,具有较大实践参考价值.
