60Coγ射线辐照对氰酸酯/环氧树脂增韧体系热力学性能的影响

         

摘要

采用共混法制备有机蒙脱土/核壳橡胶/氰酸酯-环氧树脂(OMMT/CSR/CE-EP)复合材料,对其进行剂量分别为0、0.5和1 MGy y射线辐照,研究辐照对复合材料热力学性能的影响.经过0.5 MGy的辐照后,OMMT/CSR/CE-EP复合材料的断裂韧性较CSR/CE-EP提高了19.4%,拉伸强度只降低了0.2%.当累积辐照剂量为1 MGy时,复合材料的断裂伸长率和拉伸性能明显下降,分别降低了10.4%与9.3%.加入质量比为2%的OMMT可以最大程度减缓树脂基体力学性能的降低.2%的OMMT复合材料的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)较CSR/CE-EP树脂基体少降低了6.8℃.OMMT的加入提高了树脂复合材料的热稳定性,0.5 MGy时树脂复合材料的起始分解温度T5%下降了2 ℃.断面形貌分析表明OMMT的加入明显提高了树脂基体的耐辐照性能,降低了射线辐照对树脂基体的氧化降解.%Organic montmorillonite/core-shell particles/cyanate ester-epoxy resin (OMMT/CSR/CE-EP) composites were prepared by blending process, the composites were irradiated with gamma irradiation of 0, 0.5 and 1 MGy, respectively. The effects of gamma ray irradiation on thermodynamic properties of the composites were investigated. The fracture toughness of the OMMT/CSR/CE-EP composite is increased by 19.4% and tensile strength is decreased by 0.2% by gamma irradiation of 0.5 MGy dose. While irradiated with gamma irradiation of 1 MGy, the fracture toughness and the tensile properties of the composite decrease by 10.4% and 9.3%, respectively. The addition of 2wt% OMMT can reduce the degradation rate helpfully.The glass transition temperature of the composite containing 2% OMMT decrease 6.8 ℃ less than CSR/CE-EP resin matrix. OMMT improves the thermal stability of composites and the initial decomposition temperature decreases by only 2 ℃ by gamma irradiation of 0.5 MGy. Morphology analysis shows that the addition of OMMT improves the radiation resistance of the resin matrix, and reduces the ray irradiation effect on the oxidation degradation.
