目的:建立平肝颗粒的质量标准.方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对方中半枝莲进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对制剂中野黄芩苷进行含量测定.结果:TLC斑点清晰、分离度好、专属性强,阴性对照无干扰;野黄芩苷的进样量在10~40μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.16%,RSD=2.88%(n=6).结论:所建标准能有效控制平肝颗粒的质量.%OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standard of Pinggan granules. METHODS: TLC was employed to identify Lobelia chinensis, and the content of scutellarin in Pinggan granules was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: TLC spots were clear,well-separated and specific without interference from negative control. The linear range of scutellarin was 10~40 tg(r=0.999 9) with an average recovery of 98.16% (RSD=2.88% ,n=6). CONCLUSION: Established standard is suitable for the quality control of Pinggan granules.
