RP-HPLC法测定三皮止癣酊中蛇床子素的含量

摘要

目的:建立测定三皮止癣酊中蛇床子素含量的方法.方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法.色谱柱为Ultimate XB-C18(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(76∶24,V/V),流速为1.0 mL ·min-1,检测波长为322nm,柱温为25℃.结果:蛇床子素进样量在0.038 4～0.768 0μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r＝0.999 6);平均加样回收率为100.45％,RSD＝ 1.88％ (n＝6).结论:本方法操作简便、快速、准确,适用于三皮止癣酊中蛇床子素的含量测定.%OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of osthole in Sanpi zhixuan tincture. METHODS: RP-HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Ultimate XB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(76 : 24, V/V) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 322 nm and column temperature was 25 ℃. RESULTS: The linear range of osthole was 0.038 4~0.768 0 μg(r=0.999 6)with an average recovery of 100.45%(RSD= 1.88% ,n=6). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the content determination of osthole in Sanpi zhixuan tincture.
