国外部分国家(地区)药事服务补偿机制及调剂费收费方式研究

摘要

OBJECTIVE: To know compensation mechanism of pharmaceutical service and charging methods of dispensing fee in several foreign countries or regions, and to provide reference for the establishment of pharmacy service fee in China. METHODS: By literature review, literatures were searched and summarized through Pro-Quest, EBSCO, SPRINGER database. The compensation mechanism of pharmaceutical service and charging methods of dispensing fee in several foreign countries or regions were studied. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The pharmaceutical service can be compensated by net price of the drugs, setting up a new charge program or the combination of the former two ways. The dispensing fee can be charged by per prescription, per item, per capita, per category, per expenditure, per length of hospital stay or by packing charges. Those methods have their advantage and disadvantage. We should find a suitable way to charge pharmaceutical service for our country.%目的:了解国外部分国家(地区)药事服务补偿机制及调剂费收费方式,为我国设立药事服务费提供借鉴.方法:采用文献综述法,通过Pro-Quest、EBSCO、SPRINGER等数据库进行搜索、整理,研究国外部分国家(地区)药事服务补偿机制及调剂费收费方式.结果与结论:国外药事服务补偿机制分为药品进销差价补偿、单独设立收费项目补偿和2种方式相结合补偿3种；其调剂费的收费方式包括按处方收费、按处方条目收费、按人头收费、按药品种类收费、按药品金额收费、按住院天数收费、与医疗服务打包收费等,每种收费方式均存在利弊.应结合实际情况探索出符合我国国情的药事服务费收费方式.
