不同商品规格川贝母总生物碱含量测定的方法研究

摘要

Objective To establish the acid staining method for the determination of total alkaloid content in Fritillaria Cirrhosa.Methods The mixed solution of trichloromethane-methanol (4 ∶ 1) was adopted to extract total alkaloids in Fritillaria Cirrhosa; the acid dye staining method was used to determine the content of total alkaloids with imperialine as the index components.Methods The content of total alkaloids in 4 specifications of samples of Fritillaria Cirrhosa all were in line with the stipulation of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (edtion 2010,Part 1).Conclusion This method does not require the sophisticated instruments,is easy and simple to operate and can be used as the quality testing method of Fritillaria Cirrhosa.%目的 建立酸性染色法用于测定川贝母中总生物碱的含量.方法 采用三氯甲烷-甲醇(4∶1)混合溶液提取川贝母总生物碱；采用酸性染料染色法,以西贝母碱为指标成分,测定总生物碱的含量.结果 4个规格川贝母样品中总生物碱含量均符合2010年版《中国药典(一部)》的规定.结论 该方法不需要复杂仪器、操作简便,可作为川贝母的质量检测方法.
