基于文献计量学的药学前沿领域研究

             

摘要

目的:利用文献计量学方法,科学地识别药学前沿领域。方法在 Web of Science 数据库中检索药学领域2008年至2012年的研究性论文,对其题录信息及参考文献进行计量分析。采用频次分析法分析题录信息得出该领域的主要研究特点,采用共引分析法对高被引论文进行分析识别出该领域的研究前沿。结果药学领域的研究论文2008年至2012年共135970篇,2008年发表论文25707篇,2012年为29511篇,增长率为14.80%,其中美国占20.73%(28181篇),中国大陆占11.49%(15617篇),日本占7.57%(10297篇)。采用共引分析法分析该文献库中120篇高被引论文,得出14个高被引论文类簇,其平均出版年分别为2010.0,2009.5,2009.5等,被引频次分别为1627,307,100等。高被引论文的责任作者中尚未有我国学者。对应解读14个类簇的研究主题,分析当前药学研究前沿领域。结论采用文献计量学方法分析、归纳,得到癌症相关的受体和通道研究、IL 28B 基因在丙肝治疗中的作用机制研究、蛋白聚集的影响因素分析等14个药学研究前沿领域。%Objective To scientifically recognize the frontier fields of pharmacy by adopting the bibliometric method. Methods The re-search papers of the pharmaceutical fields were retrieved from the Web of Science database during 2008 to 2012. The bibliographic in-formation and the reference were bibliometrically analyzed. The main research characteristics of the pharmaceutical fields were obtained by adopting the frequency analysis method for analyzing the bibliographic information. The highly cited papers were analyzed to recognize the research front of the pharmaceutical fields by the co - citation analysis method. Results There were 135 970 papers of the pharma-ceutical fields published during 2008 to 2012, 25 707 papers were published in 2008 and 29 511 papers in 2012, the increase rate was 14. 80% , in which the authors from USA accounted for 20. 73% (28 181 papers), the authors from the Chinese mainland for 11. 49% (15 617 papers) and the authors from Japan for 7. 57% (10 297 papers) respectively. 120 highly cited papers in this database were analyzed by adopting the co - citation analysis. 14 highly cited papers clusters were obtained. Their mean publishing years were 2 010. 0, 2 009. 5, 2 009. 5, etc. The citation frequency were 1 627, 307, 100, etc. No Chinese researchers were found in the responsible authors of the highly cited papers. The research topics of these 14 paper clusters were correspondingly interpreted, and then the current pharmaceutical research frontier fields were analyzed Conclusion 14 research frontier fields of the pharmacy are obtained by adopting the bibliometric method, including the research on the cancer related receptors and channels, the action mechanism of IL 28B gene in the diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis C, the analysis on the influence factors of protein aggregation, etc.
