支气管扩张合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的药学监护

摘要

目的：通过对1例支气管扩张合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者进行药学监护，探讨开展药学监护的重要性和关键点。方法通过对患者治疗方案及国内外指南、最新研究结果的分析，探讨药物使用的合理性。结果临床药学工作者需结合患者的实际情况及国内外最新研究进展参与制订药物的治疗方案，从而达到合理用药的目的。结论个体化药学服务可使临床用药更规范、合理。%Objective To investigate the importance and the key points of conducting the pharmaceutical care through conducting the pharmaceutical care on 1 case of bronchiectasis complicating typeⅡrespiratory failure. Methods Through analyzing the treatment schemes, guideline and latest research results at home and abroad in such patients, the reasonability of drug use was investigated. Results The clinical pharmacist should combined with the patient ' s practical situation and the latest research progress at home and abroad, and participated in the treatment scheme of medication, thus achieved the purpose of rational drug use. Conclusion The individ-ualized pharmaceutical care can make the clinical drug use more standardized and reasonable.
