目的：探讨中药复方联合抗菌药物治疗超广谱β-内酰胺酶（ESBLs）大肠埃希菌尿路感染的临床疗效和药物敏感性。方法选取2008年1月至2012年11月医院收治的产 ESBLs 大肠埃希菌引起的尿路感染患者40例，依据治疗方式不同均分为两组，治疗组采用中药复方(清热、解暑、利湿)联合敏感抗菌药物治疗，对照组单用敏感抗菌药物治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为90.00％，明显高于对照组的75.00％( P ＜0.05)；80.00％的患者尿液无产 ESBLs 大肠埃希菌检出，对照组仅60.00％，治疗组细菌学疗效明显高于对照组（ P ＜0.05）。ESBLs 大肠埃希菌对中药复方联合抗菌药物治疗的药物敏感率为90.23％，明显高于对照组单用抗菌药物的药物敏感率（ P ＜0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗产 ESBLs 大肠埃希菌尿路感染优于单用纯抗菌药物治疗，值得临床推广。%Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and the drug susceptibility of integrated traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)compound combined with antibacterial drugs for treating urinary tract infection by ESBLs - producing Escherichia(E. )coli. Methods 40 cases of uri-nary tract infection caused by ESBLs - producing E. coli treated in our hospital from january 2008 to November 2012 were divided into the two groups according the different therapeutical methods. The treatment group adopted the therapy of TCM compound for clearing heat and relieving summer - heat combined with antibacterial drugs,while the control group was treated by the sensitive antibacterial drugs alone. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 90. 00% in treatment group and 75. 00% in the control group( P < 0. 05),the effect in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group with statistical difference between them. No urine ESBLs - producing E. coli was detected in 80. 00% of patients vs. 60. 00% in the control group. The sensitivity of ESBLs - producing E. coli to bacterial drugs in the treatment group was 90. 23% ,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Integrated TCM combined with Western medicine is superior to simple antibacterial drugs for treating uri-nary tract infection by ESBLs - producing E. coli and is worthy of being widely promoted in clinic.
