2013年至2014年某院呼吸内科抗菌药物利用分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the utilization of antibiotics in the department of respiratory medicine in a hospital and provide references for the rational use of antibiotics. Methods Retrospective analysis was used to collect data of antibiotics used during 2013-2014 in the department of respiratory medicine in a hospital,including injection and oral antibiotics' sales,DDDs,DDC and serial num-ber ratio,in order to analyze the clinical utilization of antibiotics of the department of respiratory medicine. Results The main use of injection antibiotics in the department of respiratory medicine in a hospital were cephalosporins and quinolones,oral antibiotic use were quinolones. Antifungal drugs and carbapenems had high DDC and low serial number ratio. Conclusion The use of antibiotics is reason-able,but still should further improve the level of the rational use of antibiotic.%目的：了解某院呼吸内科住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况，为临床经济合理用药提供参考。方法运用回顾性分析的方法收集某院2013年至2014年呼吸内科住院患者使用抗菌药物的相关数据信息，分别对注射和口服抗菌药物的用药金额、用药频度（DDDs）、日均用药费用（DDC）、序号比进行计算，分析呼吸内科临床用药情况。结果注射剂以头孢菌素类和喹诺酮类为主，口服制剂以喹诺酮类为主。抗真菌药物和碳青霉烯类药物的DDC较高，而序号比低。结论某院抗菌药物应用基本合理，仍应进一步提高抗菌药物合理使用的水平。
