坎地沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪对高血压患者血压变异性指标的影响

摘要

目的：观察坎地沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压病及对血压变异性指标的影响。方法选取接受治疗的原发性高血压病患者120例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各60例。观察组给予坎地沙坦与氢氯噻嗪联合治疗，对照组仅给予坎地沙坦治疗。结果观察组用药前后24 h收缩压（SBP）差值为（13.79±7.16）mmHg，24 h舒张压（24 h DBP）差值为（8.91±6.09）mmHg；对照组用药前后24 h SBP差值为（11.17±7.07）mmHg，24 h DBP差值为（6.24±5.42）mmHg。治疗后，观察组24 h平均收缩压变异性（24 h SBPV）为（11.15±2.14）mmHg，24 h平均舒张压变异性（24 h DBPV）为（8.92±2.13）mmHg，白昼（早上6点至晚上10点）平均收缩压变异性（dSBPV）为（9.34±2.31）mmHg，白昼平均舒张压变异性（dDBPV）为（7.51±0.63）mmHg，夜间（晚上10点至早上6点）平均收缩压变异性（nSBPV）为（9.26±1.34）mmHg，夜间平均舒张压变异性（nDBPV）为（7.22±1.27）mmHg。对照组24 h SBPV为（12.63±2.43）mmHg，24 h DBPV为（10.44±2.45）mmHg，dSBPV 为（10.71±2.39）mmHg，dDBPV 为（8.41±1.11）mmHg，nSBPV 为（10.78±2.11）mmHg，nDBPV 为（8.17±2.01）mmHg。结论坎地沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压可有效发挥降压作用，并使血压变异性减小。%Objective To observe the effect of candesartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in treating hypertension and its influence on blood pressure variability indicators. Methods 120 cases of essential hypertension in our hospital were selected and randomly divid-ed into the observation group and the control group, 60 cases in each group. The observation group was given the combination therapy of candesartan and hydrochlorothiazide, while the control group only received the candesartan treatment. After treatment, 24 h SBPV in the observation group was ( 11. 15 ± 2. 14 ) mmHg, 24 h DBPV was ( 8. 92 ± 2. 13 ) mmHg, dSBPV was ( 9. 34 ± 2. 31 ) mmHg, dDBPV was ( 7. 51 ± 0. 63 ) mmHg, nSBPV was ( 9. 26 ± 1. 34 ) mmHg, nDBPV was ( 7. 22 ± 1. 27 ) mmHg. 24 h SBPV in the control group was ( 12. 63 ± 2. 43 ) mmHg, 24h DBPV was ( 10. 44 ± 2. 45 ) mmHg, dSBPV was ( 10. 71 ± 2. 39 ) mmHg, dDBPV was ( 8. 41 ± 1. 11 ) mmHg, nSBPV was ( 10. 78 ± 2. 11 ) mmHg, nDBPV as ( 8. 17 ± 2. 01 ) mmHg. Conclusion Candesar-tan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in treating hypertension can effectively play the antihypertensive role, decreases the blood pressure variability and has important significance for the health of patients.
