目的：提高医院门诊麻醉药品处方书写的规范性及临床应用的合理性。方法对处方点评开展前（2013年）和开展后（2014年）医院门诊麻醉药品处方书写规范、合理用药、药品使用情况等进行统计、分析与评价。结果发现不合理处方212张，占全部处方的12．54％，且2013年与2014年处方合格率比较有显著性差异（ P﹤0．01）；药品使用情况较平稳，最常使用的药品包括吗啡缓释片、芬太尼透皮贴剂和盐酸美沙酮片。结论该院门诊麻醉药品使用基本合理，但处方仍有不合格现象，主要集中在书写不规范。%Objective To improve the standardization of prescription writing and the rationality of clinical application for outpatient nar-cotic drugs. Methods By the retrospective analysis method,the prescriptions for outpatient narcotic drugs before (in 2013) and after (in 2014) of the prescription comments were randomly extracted and performed the statistical analysis and evaluated on the writing standardization,the rational use of drugs and the usage of drugs. Results There were 212 unreasonable prescriptions,accounting for 12. 54% of all prescriptions,and the prescription qualified rate had significant difference between 2013 and 2014( P ﹤ 0. 01). The use of narcotic drugs in outpatient was quite steady,with the most frequently used drugs being morphine sustained-release tablets,fentanyl transdermal patches,and methadone hydrochloride tablets. Conclusion The prescriptions of outpatient narcotic drugs are basically rational with some unqualified phenomenon,which mainly concentrate in prescriptions writing.
