种植牙术后局部应用盐酸米诺环素软膏疗效评价

摘要

目的：探讨种植牙术后局部应用盐酸米诺环素软膏的临床疗效。方法选择2015年1月至2016年2月行口腔种植牙的患者130例，随机均分为全身组与局部组。全身组患者给予罗红霉素(口服，1粒/次，每天2次)、奥硝唑(口服，2粒/次，每天2次)，连续服用3d。局部组患者在种植体植入后关闭手术切口前分别将甲硝唑凝胶和盐酸米诺环素软膏置于种植体周围及切口内，不服用任何抗菌药物。结果术后1周，创口均能正常愈合，局部组Ⅰ级愈合例数较全身组多；术后4，12周，两组菌斑指数、改良龈沟出血指数、探诊深度无明显差异。术后1周，局部组显效率为86.15％，明显高于全身组的69.23％( P＜0.05)。结论种植牙术后采用局部应用盐酸米诺环素软膏的效果优于全身用药，值得临床推广。%Objective To investigate the efficact of topical application of minoctcline htdrochloride in dental implant surgert. Methods 130 cases with dental implant surgert from Januart 2015 to Februart 2016 were selected and randomlt divided into the ststemic group and the topical application group. The ststemic group was given roxithromtcin, oral, 1 capsule/time, 2 times/d; ornidazole, oral, 2 cap-sules/time, 2 times/d, medication continued for 3 d. For the topical application group, metronidazole ( gel-ttpe ) and palono ( minoctcline htdrochloride ) were placed in the peri-implant and incision respectivelt after the implantation and before the incision was closed;the patients were not given ant antimicrobial agents. Results 1 weeks after the operation, the all wounds could be healed. The number of grade Ⅰhealing cases in the topical group was higher than that in the ststematic group. There was no significant difference in PLI, mBI, PD between the 4 weeks and 12 weeks after operation. The effective rate was 86. 15% in the topical group and 69. 23% in the ststematic group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Topical application of minoctcline htdrochloride ointment after dental implantation is better than ststemic administration, which is wortht of clinical application.
