种植牙术后局部应用盐酸米诺环素的研究

摘要

Objective: To evaluate the effects of Minocyclin hydrochoride after implant operation. Methods:80 implant of 58 patients were randomly divided into two groups of 30 patients in the experimental group, a total of 40 implants, surgical implants around the implant after bolus injection of minocycline hydrochloride ointment, after one week, two weeks, three weeks , minocycline hydrochloride ointment were applied again; the control group, 28 cases of 40 implants, routine given clindamycin 72 hours, then switch to rinse with 0.2% chlorhexidine solution. After 4 weeks, 12 weeks, comparing plaque index (PLI), modification sulcus bleeding index (mBI), probing depth (PD), the success rate of dental implants were compared. Data with PASW statistic 18.0 software for statistical analysis. Results: The impact on the success rate of implants was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Around the implant after application of minocycline hydrochloride alternative to systemic antibiotics to prevent planting early postoperative infection.%目的：探讨盐酸米诺环素在牙种植术后的应用效果。方法：对58例患者，共80枚种植体，随机分成两组，实验组30例，共40枚种植体，外科植入后于种植体周围推注盐酸米诺环素软膏，术后1周、2周、3周再次应用盐酸米诺环素软膏；对照组28例，共40枚种植体，常规给于克林霉素72小时，然后改用复方氯己定漱口水含漱。术后4周、12周，比较菌斑指数（PLI）、种植体周改良出血指数（mBI）、探诊深度（PD），比较两组种植牙成功率。数据用PASW statistic 18.0软件进行统计学分析。结果：对种植体成功率的影响两组比较无显著差异。结论：术后种植体周围应用盐酸米诺环素可替代全身应用抗生素预防种植术后早期感染。
