Objective To compare the efficacy of recurrent pterygium treated with MMC combined with limbal stem cells or amniotic membrane transplantation. Methods 82 cases of patients with 98 recurrent pterygium eyes treated with MMC combined with limbal stem cells autograft from August 2008 to 2014 were selected in stem cell group. The implant bed was processed by MMC, then limbal stem cells autograft transplanted. 85 cases of patients with 98 recurrent pterygium eyes treated with MMC combined with amniotic mem-brane during the same time were selected in amniotic membrane group, The implant bed was processed by MMC, then amniotic mem-brane transplanted. Results There were eye irritation symptoms such as photophoby and weep. The time of symptom disappearing in stem cell group was ( 3. 0 ± 0. 6 ) d, while ( 3. 2 ± 0. 5 ) d in amniotic membrane group. There was no statistic difference between the two groups ( t=0. 001, P > 0. 05 ) . The healing time in stem cell group was ( 8. 8 ± 1. 0 ) d. There were no grafts exclusion or abscission in amniotic membrane group, the mean time of grafts absorption was ( 8. 4 ± 2. 1 ) d, and the surgical region was healed, and the mean heal-ing time was ( 9. 3 ± 2. 3 ) d. There was no statistic difference of healing time between the two groups ( t=0. 051, P > 0. 05 ) . There were 2 recurrent eyes in stem cell group ( 2. 04% ) , while 9 eyes in amniotic membrane group ( 9. 18% ) . The recurrence rate in stem cell group was lower than that in amniotic membrane group (χ2=6. 041, P 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The efficacy of MMC combined with limbal stem cells autograft was the same as that of MMC combined with am-niotic membrane. But the recurrence rate of the former surgery was lower than the later one.%目的：观察比较丝裂霉素C分别联合自体角膜缘干细胞和羊膜移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法选择2008年1月至2014年8月采用丝裂霉素C联合自体角膜缘干细胞治疗的复发性翼状胬肉患者82例（98眼）为干细胞组，丝裂霉素C处理植床，自体角膜缘干细胞移植；选择同期采用丝裂霉素C联合羊膜移植术治疗的复发性翼状胬肉患者85例（98眼）为羊膜组，丝裂霉素C处理植床，羊膜移植。结果两组患者术后均出现术眼畏光、流泪等眼部刺激症状，症状平均消失时间干细胞组为（3．0±0．6）d，羊膜组为（3．2±0．5）d，组间比较无统计学差异（ t=0．001，P>0．05）。干细胞组平均愈合时间为（8．8±1．0）d，羊膜组均未发生植片排斥或脱落情况，羊膜植片溶解吸收平均时间为（8．4±2．1）d，术区球结膜术后愈合情况良好，平均愈合时间为（9．3±2．3）d，创面愈合时间组间比较无统计学差异（ t=0．051，P>0．05）。干细胞组术后复发2眼，复发率为2．04%，羊膜组术后复发9眼，复发率为9．18%，组间比较干细胞组低于羊膜组（χ2=6．041，P0．05）。结论采用自体角膜缘干细胞联合丝裂霉素C治疗复发性翼状胬肉效果与羊膜移植术联合丝裂霉素C相当，但复发率较后者低。
