微波消解-电感耦合等离子质谱法测定蜂胶制品中5种重金属元素的含量

     

摘要

Objective To establish the analytical method for detecting lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium and chromium in propolis products by ICP-MS after microwave digestion. Methods After microwave digestion with HNO3 and H2O2, the contents of Pb, As, Hg, Cd and Cr in samples were determined by ICP-MS directly, and the parameters of ICP-MS were optimized and selected. Results This method has well linear relationship in determination of Pb, As, Hg, Cd and Cr ( r ﹥ 0. 999 ) , the detection limit was less than 0. 1 μg/L, the recovery was 91. 70% -116. 34%, and the relative standard deviation were 1. 83% -3. 81% ( n=6 ) . Conclusion This method has good accuracy and precision, high sensitivity, low detection limit, wide linear range, less interference, can be used for the accurate deter-mination of heavy metals in common propolis products.%目的:建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子质谱(ICP-MS)法测定蜂胶制品中常见重金属铅( Pb )、砷( As )、汞( Hg )、镉( Cd )和铬( Cr )的分析方法。方法样品加HNO3和H2O2后采用微波消解进行样品预处理,采用ICP-MS法直接测定试液中Pb,As,Hg,Cd,Cr,并对ICP-MS仪工作参数进行优化和选择。结果该方法测定Pb,As,Hg,Cd,Cr具有良好的线性关系( r﹥0.999),检出限低(﹤0.1μg/L),回收率为91.70%~116.34%,RSD为1.83%~3.81%( n=6)。结论该法具有良好的准确度和精密度,灵敏度高,检出限低,线性范围宽,干扰少,能用于蜂胶制品中常见重金属的准确测定。
