碳酸氢钠注射液配伍禁忌文献分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the incompatibility of Sodium Bicarbonate Injection and commonly used drugs in clinical. Methods The literatures with ″sodium bicarbonate″ and ″incompatibility″ as the key words in CNKI and Wanfang database were searched, classified and analyzed. Results Totally 38 relevant literatures were retrieved,and 15 literatures were chosen except for those repeated ones. Totally 15 kinds of drugs were found to be incompatible with Sodium Bicarbonate Injection. Conclusion Sodium Bicarbonate Injection has incompatibility with a variety of commonly used drugs,which should be avoided in clinical use,in order to ensure the safety of medication.%目的 探讨碳酸氢钠注射液与临床常用药物的配伍安全性.方法 利用中国知网、万方数据库等,以"碳酸氢钠"和"配伍禁忌"为主题词进行文献检索,并进行归类分析.结果 共检出相关论文38篇,剔除重复报道后共纳入15篇,涉及15种药物与碳酸氢钠注射液存在配伍禁忌.结论 碳酸氢钠注射液与多种常用药物存在配伍禁忌,临床使用须加以避免,以保证用药安全.
