101例脑蛋白水解物注射剂不良反应分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the regularity,characteristic of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) caused by cerebroprotein hydrolysate for injection and promote rational drug use in the clinic. Methods Totally 101 cases of ADRs related to cerebroprotein hydrolysate for injection reported from 2011 to 2015 were analyzed statistically,the sex,age,occurrence time,clinical manifestation,usage and dosage of ADRs,and the report status and prognosis of ADRs were recorded. Results The proportion of ADR in patients over 50 years old (80. 19％) was obviously higher than other age groups,there were 45 males(44. 55％) and 56 females(55. 45％). The dosage of the drugs ranged 30-180 mg,and the clinical manifestations were mainly the damage of skin and accessory(37. 86％),and the earliest al-lergic reaction appeared in the first 2 min,at the latest within 2 h. In the 101 ADRs,the patients were improved or recovered after timely treated. Conclusion In clinical,cerebroprotein hydrolysate for injection is more applied to the elderly,thus more ADRs are re-ported in the elderly. The reason that causes the ADRs is mainly related to the physique of the elderly,and also affected by the dosage,solvent,dripping speed. Therefore,it is suggested that clinical physicians and pharmacists should pay more attention to the ADRs of cerebroprotein hydrolysate for injection,and medication under guardianship to reduce the ADRs.%目的 探讨脑蛋白水解物注射剂所致不良反应(ADR)的规律、特点,促进临床合理用药.方法 对2011年至2015年上报的与脑蛋白水解物注射剂相关的ADR 101例进行统计分析,记录患者性别、年龄,ADR的发生时间、临床表现,报告情况及转归,用法与用量等.结果 50岁以上患者发生ADR的比例(80.19％)明显高于其他年龄段;男45例(44.55％),女56例(55.45％);用药剂量均为30～180 mg,临床表现主要为皮肤及其附件损害(37.86％),过敏反应最早在用药2 min内出现,最晚在2 h内出现;101例ADR报表中,患者经及时抢救均好转或痊愈.结论 脑蛋白水解物注射剂临床较多应用于老年人,因而ADR报告以老年人多见.脑蛋白水解物注射剂导致ADR的主要原因与老年人本身体质相关,同时也受剂量、溶剂、滴速等影响,建议临床医师和药师应重视脑蛋白水解物注射剂的ADR,在用药过程中加强监护,尽可能减少ADR的发生.
