目的 建立绘制刺五加药材指纹图谱的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法.方法 色谱柱为Agilent HC-C18(2)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(梯度洗脱),检测波长为210 nm,柱温为35℃,流速为1.0 mL/s,分析时间为60 min.结果 刺五加色谱图中共标示14个色谱峰,用指纹图谱相似度软件测定10批刺五加药材指纹图谱的相似度均在0.90~1.00之间.结论 该方法准确,重复性好,可为刺五加药材的质量控制提供有力依据.%Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Acanthopanax senticosus. Methods The chromatographic column was Agilent HC-C18(2)column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (gradient elution),the detection wavelength was 210 nm,the column temperature was 35 ℃,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/s and the analysis time was 60 min. Results Fourteen chromatographic peaks were identified in the chromatogram of Acanthopanax senticosus,and the similarity of the fingerprints of the 10 batches of Acanthopanax senticosus was determined by fingerprint similarity software was in the range of 0. 90-1. 00. Conclusion The method is accurate and reproducible,which can provide a strong basis for the quality control of Acanthopanax senticosus.
