正交试验优选参葛抗衰复方的提取工艺研究

         

摘要

Objective To optimize the extraction process of Panax Ginseng and Pueraria Lobata anti-aging compound prescripation by orthogonal design method. Methods The optimum extraction process was optimized by orthogonal test, the transfer rate and dry extract yield and of puerarin were taken as the index of evaluation of water extracting process, with the amount of water, decocting time, decocting times were influence factors, the ginseng total saponin content and dry paste yield were taken as the evaluation index, the amount of al-cohol, refluxing time, refluxing times were taken as influence factors. Results The optimal conditions of water extraction is adding 15 times water boiling for 3 times, each time 1. 5 h;the optimal conditions of alcohol extraction is adding 9 times 70% alcohol refluxing for 3 times, each time 1. 5 h. Conclusion The method is feasible, stable and reliable, and has high rate of puerarin and total saponin content.%目的 采用正交试验法优选参葛抗衰复方的最佳提取工艺.方法 以葛根素转移率和干膏得率为葛根水提评价指标,以加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数为影响因素,以人参总皂苷含量、干膏得率为人参醇提评价指标,以乙醇用量、提取时间、提取次数为影响因素,优选最佳提取工艺.结果 水提最佳条件为加15倍量水煎煮3次,每次1.5 h;醇提最佳条件为9倍量70%乙醇提取3次,每次1.5 h.结论 该方法合理可行,稳定可靠,葛根素和人参总皂苷转移率高.
