基于SWOT分析法探讨静脉用药调配中心在医院的发展策略

目的 探讨静脉用药调配中心在医院的发展策略.方法 运用SWOT分析法,对静脉用药调配中心的内部环境所具有的优势、劣势及外部环境所面临的机会与威胁进行系统分析,寻求其在医院的发展策略.结果 静脉用药调配中心优势-机会发展策略为认真贯彻执行行业规范与标准,充分发挥药学专业人员的作用;优势-威胁发展策略为加强沟通改善社会对静脉用药调配中心的认知度,通过规范化培训来降低职业风险;劣势-机会发展策略为提高自身业务水平,提高科室凝聚力,以及争取合理收取调配费;劣势-威胁发展策略为积极推行药师下临床参与静脉用药治疗.结论 静脉用药调配中心有独特的优势,新形势对静脉用药调配中心的发展充满了机会,也有其劣势,带来了更多的挑战.%Objective To discuss the development strategy of PIVAS in the hospital. Methods The development strategy was explored by systematically analyzing the strengths ( S ) , weaknesses ( W ) , opportunities ( O ) and threats ( T ) of the PIVAS. Results SO ( strengths-opportunities ) , ST ( strengths-threats ) , WO ( weaknesses-opportunities ) and WT ( weaknesses-threats ) development strategy of PIVAS have be obtained by using SWOT analysis. SO development strategy was to implement specification and standard of industry strictly, and to fully play the role of pharmacist;ST development strategy was to enhance communication to improve the social recognition of PIVAS, and using standardized training to reduce the risk of career;WO development strategy was to promote professional skill of pharmacist, use the collective force of the departments, and pay reasonable charge for preparation;WT development strategy was to actively practice participating intravenous drug therapy with pharmacist in clinical. Conclusion PIVAS has its particular strengths and weaknesses. The new situation is full of opportunities and challenges for the development of PIVAS.
