三差压气液两相流流量计的研制与应用

         

摘要

为了对气液两相流流量进行准确计量,提出了基于弯管流量计的新型气液两相流流量测量方法.设计了由弯管、水平管和垂直管组成的三差压传感器,通过对3个差压信号进行分析,建立了压差与质量流量的关系模型,进而设计了三差压气液两相流流量计.同时通过标准表法对设计的流量计进行了试验验证.验证结果表明,三差压气液两相流流量计的测量精度达到±3%,可实现气液两相流的流量测量,与目前的两相流流量计相比精度有了很大提高.%To make an exact measurement of gas liquid two-phase flow flowrate, the new method to measure gas liquid two-phase flow flowrate was formulated on the basis of elbow flowmeter. The three differential pressure sensors which consist of elbow, horizontal tube and vertical tube were designed. The model of the relation between pressure difference and mass flowrate was established through analysis of three differential pressure signals. Then, the three differential pressure gas liquid two-phase flow flowmeter was designed. Meanwhile, a test verification of the flowmeter designed was conducted with the standard meter method. The verification shows that the measurement precision of the flowmeter reaches ±3%. It can achieve the flowrate measurement of gas liquid two-phase flow. Its precision has been improved remarkably, compared with that of current two-phase flowmeters.
